Before reaching out, please take a moment to review all the information on our website. You'll find details about our Services and Pricing in the tabs above. Once you've had a chance to look everything over, feel free to get in touch. We’re excited to help you get started!
2) Meet & Greet
Meet & Greets are required for all new clients. Schedule a 10–20 minute visit with your primary walker to review your pet’s needs and routine. Before your first appointment, please provide home access through a lockbox, door code, or other entry method.
3) Set Up Your Online Account
Download the Time To Pet app to manage bookings, schedule changes, cancellations, contracts, payments, visit report cards, and your pet’s information. The more details you provide, the better equipped our walkers and sitters are to care for your pets!
4) Book Your First Appointments!
Now that everything is set up, you’re ready to start booking your visits! Schedule your appointments, and let us take care of the rest while you enjoy peace of mind knowing your pets are in good hands.
